In this 24-minute conversation they talked about what Livity do as a network, how #BrandShareTheMic came to be following the death of George Floyd, how Cannes Lions and Advertising Week Europe seem to be changing in terms of diversity and inclusion, and Rani’s talk at the former on the future of female talent. They also discussed the fluid nature of Gen Z and how they’re shaping the world beyond the definitions that hampered previous generations, like millennials and Gen X.
