Currently leading strategy at Exposure, an independent agency making brands culturally relevant for three decades. Nicola helps brands earn their place in culture through acts, not ads. She’s worked at progressive creative agencies such as Sid Lee and R/GA and her client list includes some of the world’s most iconic brands; from LEGO, Guinness and Coca-Cola, to Absolut and Fortnum and Mason. Having worked in a variety of fields; she enjoys dancing across disciplines, verticals and lines to solve new problems in new ways
