Amy Lane heads up the UK Talent (HR) team at Momentum Worldwide. She is responsible for the full employee lifecycle from DE&I, attraction, and development, right through to exit. Working closely with the global team, Amy partners on a number of projects to make sure there is a focus on employee experience throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.
