D&AD reveals jury for 2024 awards

The 62nd annual awards programme will host panels for over 40 categories

D&AD has revealed the jury for the 2024 D&AD Awards, which will take place at the new location of County Hall and Southbank Centre on the London Southbank from 18-22 May.

The 62nd annual awards programme will host panels for over 40 categories made up of 350+ leading creative experts from over 50 countries across the globe. 

These jury members have been carefully selected to come together for live judging of the past year’s best work across the global design and advertising industries. 

Donal Keenan, Awards Director at D&AD, said, ‘Judging the D&AD Awards is not only a massive honour but a huge responsibility to uphold the integrity, rigour and standards that D&AD is renowned for. Entries to these awards actively support D&AD’s mission as an educational charity by funding learning programmes that bridge the gap between education and industry. This is made possible by these top calibre professionals from around the world offering their time, wisdom and expertise.’

Each panel of international industry experts will be overseen by a Jury President, including respected creative leaders such as Gaëtan du Peloux, Marcel Paris (Direct); Gabriel Mattar, Innocean Berlin (Press & Outdoor); Deepshikha Dharmaraj, BCW India Group (PR); Qanta Shimizu, BASSDRUM (Digital Design); Theseus Chan, WORK Pte Ltd (Book Design) Neo Segola, Le Pub South Africa (Radio & Audio); Verònica Fuerte, Hey (Graphic Design); Malika Favre, Illustrator & Artist (Illustration); Jureeporn Thaidumrong, GREYnJ UNITED (Entertainment); Malcolm Poynton, Cheil Worldwide (Gaming & Virtual Worlds); Chaka Sobhani, DDB Worldwide (Film); Andrew Sandoz , Deloitte Digital (Creative Transformation); Nils Leonard, Uncommon Creative Studio (Writing for Advertising); Luiz Sanches, BBDO (Integrated); Brian Collins, COLLINS (Branding); Ashley Rudder, HAUS OF SÔS (Digital & Social); and Ali Brown, PRETTYBIRD (Direction).

Brand new categories dedicated to Health & Wellbeing, Pharma, Luxury and Sustained Impact will be led by Jury Presidents Tim Hawkey, CCO of Area 23; Ravi Amaratunga Hitchcock, Co-Founder of Soursop; and Harsh Kapadia, Chief Creative Officer for MRM New York.

Following four days of live judging, the D&AD Awards Ceremony will be held as the culminating event of D&AD Festival at the Southbank Centre, Queen Elizabeth Hall Building to announce winners.
