As CEO and Founder of The Glittersphere, Nishma plans to help unlock the power of female creators, leaders and entrepreneurs, fostering collaborations that elevate brands, spark meaningful cultural change and attract healthy investment. Nishma is the current President of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership), President of the History of Advertising Trust (taking the reins from Keith Weed and Sir John Hegarty) and is a much-celebrated creative leader and a Fellow of the IPA and a Fellow of The Marketing Society.
