Kathryn Jacob OBE

Kathryn Jacob OBE is CEO of Pearl & Dean. In 2016 Kathryn co-wrote ‘The Glass Wall’ with Sue Unerman of MediaCom, aiming to use their experiences and research to help women and businesses thrive. In the same year Kathryn was honoured with an OBE for services to the promotion of equality and diversity. Kathryn and Sue have a new book out, ‘Belonging’, written alongside Mark Edwards. Outside of work at Pearl & Dean, Kathryn sits on the board of Women’s Aid, the Development Board at RADA, the board of the Association of Colleges and the Council and board of the Advertising Association.
