Hannah Roland

After completing a PhD in Applied Mathematics at Imperial College in 2018, Hannah began her career in Strategy Consulting. Having discovered how impactful it is to make data-driven business decisions and passionate about creating change, she moved Code, a part of the RAPP Group where she’s currently a Decision Science Director, also applying her skills to better understand and improve DE&I initiatives.
