Eunice is Group CEO at The Secret Little Agency, driving business transformation and world-class creativity across Asia. She brings over 15 years of extensive experience helping global clients understand Asia, and helping Asian clients go global. Under her leadership, the agency has taken home golds for Campaign Asia’s Creative & Independent Agency of the year (The Secret Little Agency), Southeast Asia Brand Design Agency of the Year two-years in a row (Anak), and Southeast Asia Market Research Agency of the Year (JUNK). She is also a fierce champion of Asian creativity, helping launch the Asian Creators Index and other programs like the Anak Book Prize.Eunice’s work over recent years speaks for itself. She repositioned the troubled Tiger Airways to help bolster its sale to Virgin and subsequently Singapore Airlines; she wrote the launch, influencer and penetration strategy for Netflix when it first entered Southeast Asia. In 2015, she crafted Singapore’s first-ever unified global brand and led a series of strategic projects over 12 months for the domestic launch of Brand Singapore. She was also named Campaign Asia’s Women to Watch in 2020.
