Charlotte Armstrong is a creative communications professional with experience in content strategy, community engagement, research, and disability advocacy. As our Communications Manager, she is responsible for shaping and delivering the narrative of the Valuable 500 to a global audience. Charlotte has a PhD in music and disability studies from the University of York and her research on disability representation in the performing arts has been widely published by the likes of Oxford University Press and the Royal Opera House. She is passionate about the power of inclusive content to break down stereotypes, amplify unheard voices, and drive meaningful change.
