She has applied this approach to a wide range of large-scale events over her 12 year career, resulting in memorable, award-winning experiences that connect audiences with a brand’s messaging in meaningful ways.In her role Becca oversees the creative concept across projects, working closely with clients to ensure it is aligned with both their objectives and the customer experience.A true team player, she remains calm under pressure and works with colleagues and suppliers to develop these on-brief creative ideas with respect to factors such as technical production requirements and tight timelines. This ensures the delivery of creatively-led events that are on brand and budget, and importantly - engage a brand’s target audience.
