Hijinks Collective, a new creative collective based in London, has appointed former Managing Partner at Saatchi & Saatchi, Alicia Iveson, to the role of CEO and Co-Founder.
With the collective officially launching this week, the company is built around a philosophy of ‘positivity through creativity.’
In addition to her former role at Saatchi & Saatchi, Iveson has also worked at Joint and Ogilvy, and joins fellow Hijinks Co-Founders and Chief Creative Officers Tamryn Kerr and Marc Allenby.
Her role will include building the agency’s model, relationships and culture as it seeks to differentiate its offering in the industry.
Tamryn Kerr and Marc Allenby said The agency’s philosophy of ‘positivity through creativity’ is built around the belief that advertising should be fun.
Alicia embodies the Hijinks spirit, energy and optimism. The chance for us all to build an agency we truly believe in with a better way of working is the dream. And let’s face it, the world needs more positivity right now. Positivity lives and breathes throughout everything that we do; in the way that we work together, in our client partnerships and the work that we put out in the world. Hijinks may be the new kids on the block but we know this block inside and out.
Tamryn Kerr and Marc Allenby
The Hijinks team reunites several former colleagues; Iveson had previously worked at Joint with Kerr, a globally awarded creative who has led teams in agencies and, most recently, inside YouTube’s Creative Studio as Creative Lead for YouTube EMEA.
Kerr and Allenby are former colleagues at Publicis London. Prior to Hijinks, Allenby was an Executive Creative Director and board member within The VCCP Group.
The Hijinks Collective will focus strongly on co-creation, removing traditional agency/client barriers and incorporating production from the very start of the project.
