Simon is the founder and chief executive of Inside Ideas Group and OLIVER. Simon started the business in 2004 and has grown the company to over 4500 people in 50 countries working with some of the world’s biggest brands. He is the pioneer of the in-house agency run as a service for brands looking to deliver better work faster and for less. Prior to starting OLIVER, Simon was a senior executive at Aviva, the financial services company, for 16 years, holding many senior roles in sales, marketing and general management.
