Olga Kudryashova

Olga is an international brand and communication strategy consultant with 18 years of agency experience. Her professional mission is to demystify strategy and show how strategic thinking can lead to simple and actionable ideas that facilitate change, enhance brand image, strengthen company culture, improve customer experience, drive revenue and save money. Olga’s global outlook and extensive knowledge come from working at top international creative agencies: Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann, Cheil and VMLY&R, where she led the strategy function. During her agency career she acquired expertise in creative strategy, brand building, shopper marketing, retail design and digital fields, as well as knowledge of a wide range of sectors: telecom, technology, banking, FMCGs, automotive, airlines, fashion, retail, government and non-profit. Having worked in Europe, the Middle East and Oceania, Olga has developed strong intuition in uncovering insights to different cultures and multinational communities. During her career as a strategist Olga successfully collaborated with brand teams from dozens of brands, big and small, including well-known names: Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Lurpak, Coca-Cola, Etihad Airways, Al Ain Zoo, Special Olympics, Cadbury and Colgate. Based in the regional office she was regularly advising local offices on strategic approach for their respective clients. Over the years Olga has published many thought-leadership articles in professional journals and has been invited to speak at numerous conferences and summits. In 2018 she won WPP Atticus Award for Original Published Thinking. Now Olga works as an independent consultant and helps brands to find the best ways to express their identity, connect with their audiences and create a positive impact. Her motto is: simplicity is key to an actionable strategy.
